Elsevier Best Paper Award 2020 ACIEK

Mayte Ballestar, Ángel Díaz, Jorge Sainz and Joan Torrent, i2TIC researchers, receive the Elsevier Best Paper Award in the 2020 ACIEK Conference (Academy of Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Knowledge) (June, 23-24). The awarded article «The impact of robotics on manufacturing: A longitudinal machine learning perspectives», The awarded paper uses an innovative research methodology (machine learning) to classify the effects of the uses of robotics on the Spanish industrial company. The research has been carried out in the context of the research program d’i2TIC on industrial robotics, artificial intelligence and Industry 4.0. It will be published in a high impact journal.
