Mihaela Enache es doctora en Organización de Empresas con Mención Europea (Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya). Licenciada en Administración y Dirección de Empresas y en Filología Inglesa.

Profesora agregada de los Estudios de Economía y Empresa de la UOC. Intereses de investigación: comportamiento organizacional, gestión sostenible de los RRHH y entornos laborales saludables.
